Anyone got any suggestions? I have a pretty thorough knowledge of windows 7 and am looking to get the greatest collection of knowledge possible. I already have been through the windows 7 inside and out deluxe, and been though google more than I would like to admit, anyone got any good references for pretty much anything advanced windows 7? Modding, administrating, security & configuration, etc?

I'd guess the most detailed info would be at various locations within Microsoft.com and related links from people like Mark Russovich, etc. You just have to drill down.

I'm not sure about any published books.

I'm not sure if MS offers any certifications in Windows 7. If they do, the study material for those certifications would likely be a good idea. Ten or 15 years ago, there were numerous books published on all types of MS certification levels, but for all I know the books have been replaced by online material?
