I have some videos recorded with fraps, what would be the best tool to convert them with and what format should I use to upload the fastest to youtube?

I personally used Adobe Premier, but that will probs burn a large hole in your pocket, maybe PowerProducer or PowerDirector from Cyderlink would be more suitable.
