dear sevenforums user...
im looking for a new 22" monitor to be my second monitor on my laptop. the primary usage is for watching 720p videos and a bit of reading pdfs and docs as well.
i have a limited budget of $150~$220.. from the monitor products they sell in my country, i could get low-end e-ips model like asus ml229h or aoc i2352vh for exactly $220.
on the opposite end, there are 22" TN monitor that i could get like $160 samsung and AOC $150 e2250swd..
since im not really good with IT... i wanna ask you all.. with that budget, does the low-end E-IPS trumps pricy TN monitor, picture quality wise..?
-ended up with dell e-IPS panel-
