hi

one quick way to find out is if you get the bsod dump file and upload it to us. the file is located in c:\windows\minidump. its called *.dmp. if it isnt in minidump you can search for *.dmp. once you find it zip it and upload it to us by using the attachment icon (shaped like a peperclip) in you reply

If you need help with this just let us know

Ken
