BEX problem...after stopping DEP...so desperate...pls help

I have Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.

When I start some programs like Replay Video Capture and Java plugin for Chrome I get the BEX problem.

I have stopped DEP (Data execution prevention) via cmd. And the problem still exist.

I have no idea what to do?!

When I installed windows the program (Replay VIdeo capture) worked correctly, after I installed some windows updates, and I restarted the computer, the BEX problem came out when trying to open the program.

Please help me!

Nobody can help me solve my problem?!

Also I have the same BEX problem with these files: ffmpeg.exe (when I open a flv to avi converter) and with chromeinstall.exe (when i'm trying to install Java).

I installed AVG antivirus before, and now I uninstalled it and the problem is still here....oh
