Everyone has issues, EVERYONE... the difference between given a Company my money is whether he will give me the customer service I deserve or will he just take my money and run until the next marketing skim for his next tittle. As long as they keep me in the loop, I am willing and able to wait a couple of hours or even days. Will I be happy? no, I sure won't but at least they are with me and letting me know what's going on... go try and get that from UBI or others.
