Big Problem.... (Admin)

Please help my mum made an account and she cannot remember the password and it is the administrator!

if there is a way to delete this profile/account please let me know because I cant do ANYTHING until I know the password or delete this account.

we had a strange type of virus that was kind of "controlling the compputer" so to speak... we would find pornography websites in the favourites and my emails and facebook got hacked and i lost the passwords.

Please help me ASAP

very simple dude...

yu need windows 7 installation disc/repair disc..

just boot yur system from that and in language selection screen hit SHIFT+ F10

yu ll get command prompt...lets say yur administrator account name is "WORLD"

then in the command prompt type

c:\> net user world password *

and hit enter.. yu'll be prompted for new password. enter the new password and hit enter again, it ll ask yu to confirm the password. type again and hit enter...

new password will be effected.. now boot the system normally("remove the boot disc fromt the tray")

nw yu can login to the account with the new password....


Note : when yu enter the password in command prompt., it won't be visible.. so if yu think yu hav did it wrongly keep pressing "backspace" until yur satisfied and type carefully again.. else yu can retype the above sadi net user command again..
