hello,
i have turned on "automatically log in, in the log in screen". i have done this because my previous user account has kept on coming up on the log in screen when it doesn't even has a password. but i was stupid to do this. the previous account was the admin account. Also, i have 2 more other accounts that i have on the computer, but i don't know the password.

Now when i restart my computer, it goes to the logon screen, i then have to choose a user between those 2, i click on 1 of them and they ask for password, but i don't know what it is. The same goes with the other user account. The logon screen doesn't show the option of the administrator account. Now i can't log in my administrator account (my main).

All my important files are in my admin account. So how can i get into my admin account?

can anyone help me PLEASE?!!

Nope, i tried booting as safe mode, but i still need the password of my 2 other user accounts. The admin user account isn't on display in the logon screen.

Now i have another problem, but not as major as the previous one, but similar.

the problem is, when i restart my computer normally, it goes to the startup screen saying "please wait".
after that, it brings me to the logon screen with my admin user account there. To access it, i have to click on it to load it, that account doesn't have a password so its just a simple click. but what i'm saying is that i hate to always click on my user account at the end of the startup. I just want it to be like this: "i turn on my computer, and it loads up to my desktop without the logon screen."

can anyone help?

Forget Login altogether

A very simple procedure to avoid the login screen is to use Hibernate instead of Shutdown. I do this everytime. The computer still closes down but when you switch it back on it goes straight to main desktop.

One thing you must do is right click main screen and click Personalize. Click on screen saver then Change Power Settings. The top line is Require password on Wakeup. Click on this and choose Don't require a password. Save changes.

Each time you turn your computer on now you will go straight to your desktop.

Hope this helps
