As a bit of advice, I'd say ditch the overclocking, professional or no. Even when you achieve a "stable" overclock you are always burning out your components 2-4 times as fast as if you use them at their rated Voltages and Frequencies. It seems entirely lieky that the overclock burned out the ram after some good heavy use.
You could be shortening the lives of any of the components to mere months instead of years. But that's the choice a lot of overclockers make every day for those few extra frames. As long as you realize what is happening under the hood and ready to take on the possibility of premature hardware death then its ok.
