Welcome to Sevenforums!

I'd say the first place to start would be a System Restore.

Make sure you go back before the problem started.
System Restore

Run sfc /scannow. Run it 3 times, if it finds problems.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Update your Anit-Virus protection, then run a scan, fix anything it finds.

Download Malwarebytes, update, scan and fix anything it finds.

Download CCleaner, keep running the registry cleaner until it doesn't find any more.

You may want to wait on reinstalling the game until we make sure your computer is running better.

Afterwards, let me know how your computer is running.

Click here to download the required zip file::

Extract binkw32.dll from binkw32.zip. Extract binkw32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting binkw32.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract binkw32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7)

In some games, the binkw32.dll file is placed in the wrong directory when the game is installed.

For example, if your game is installed in C:\Program Files\Game, copy the binkw32.dll file from C:\Program Files\Game\System folder to the game's root folder at C:\Program Files\Game.

ive tried this and this still doesn't solve the problem unfortunately , i need to move the binkw32.dll file into a different folder but for some reason , access is denied , im guessing this is because the file is full ? any other suggestions?
