We are going to need a lot more information in order for us to help you.

When did this start happening? What is your full pc specs?

Please read this article to understand how to ask for technical help:

How to Ask a Question When You Want Technical Help

If you do not understand, ask. Please refrain from using 1 word/text speech responses. Ask and state things in full sentences. Also avoid text stating things like "I am not good with computers".

It is okay to not know something, and we can work together to solve almost any issue. This is a two way street, both sides must work together to get results.

Please fill out your system specs (if possible) by following this tutorial here: (Click the blue words)

You also might want to take a screenshot showing what the problem is and what your referring to so we can see what you are seeing.

Please reply and ask questions if you need assistance understanding the tutorials or getting the information we need. :)

Is the computer your asking about running Windows 8?. If so it is most likely using a UEFI system & not BIOS.
