It only happens when loading the game, but it is frustrating. It sounds like my PC has grinded to a hault, as if the Hard Disk or the CPU are dying. Whenever I play music in the background and load a level in BioShock the music will slow down and stutter horribly. However, just as much HDD activity and CPU usage can be seen loading a level in say, Call of Duty World at War, Crysis, or TF2 which have no issues. Has anyone else had this issue?
