Hi,

This is sort of a complicated question so bare with me. If know one can answer, it is OK.
Well, here it goes.

Is there any possible way to create a script to enable BitLocker right after Win7 installation?
I have a Win7 bootable USB stick and is there any way to slipstream a command script file to ensure BitLocker is activated once Win7 installation completes?

I have a standalone network environment which is not joined to a domain.

So in other words, I want a script that can tell the Win7 installation process to activate or enable Bitlocker during the install process so to ensure it is encrypting the hard drive once I boot to my desktop the first time.

Is there any way to accomplish this?

Also, I would like for the script to tell BitLocker to save the recovery key to my USB stick as well.

Thanks

I don't know if this will be much help so I apologize in advance. :o
This TechNet article has some info that might help, particularly in the Deployment and Administration section. They talk about how you can automate the deployment and configuration of BitLocker with scripts that use the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) providers for BitLocker and TPM administration.

Unfortunately, that is way above my one remaining brain cell's ability to comprehend. Again, my apologies if this article doesn't apply to your situation.
