On your internal hard drives, not a chance. I've never been able to make it work. Unless I understand you wrong. Are you trying to use BitLocker INSIDE a VMWare virtualized environment? You could use Bitlocker with a USB key and in a virtual environment. Tho the performance would be god awful.
