Bitlocker issue!

I cant have bitlocker option of my 2 hard disk's partition (D and E) while i can see the bitlocker option on the partiton (C) where operating system windows 7 is installed.
I want to lock the drive D and E with bitlocker.

Please provide guidance to this matter. I will be glad

Is this a internal HDD and not a external HDD the the D and E partitions are on?
