Black screen after booting from Kaspersky Rescue disk 10

Hi everybody,

I first downloaded the Kaspersky rescue disk 10 .iso file from Kaspersky website, then the rescue2usb.exe application from that site as well, to create a bootable USB. So I first formatted the USB in FAT32 file system and then created a bootable USB kaspersky rescue disk by that app (successfully). Every thing was fine till than.
I booted from that USB, when the Kaspersky rescue disk page appeared I selected the language (English) and .... After finishing these primary steps I selected the graphic mode then Enter, but only a black screen appeared, no matter how long you wait. And same when selecting the text mode.

Is there any solution?

Found this via Google:
If you cannot boot your computer from Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 in graphic or text mode, then most probably your hardware do not support Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10.
In order to resolve your problem, Kaspersky Lab specialists need to receive info about your hardware.
BTW Your time zone is set for USA? Is that correct?

As Mitchell says khoshitipi and just so I know what are you trying to do with the machine what is actually wrong with it?

Also as Kaspersky is also REGIONAL so depends where you downloaded the rescue disk from?. For example a disk downloaded from a US or other global site is not in all probability work in your region.

I know this because I built my brother (in the UK) a desktop machine here - installed KIS on it and it did not work over there he had to uninstall and re install the KIS that he had to buy over there.

You want me to send my hardware info to Kaspersky experts? Is it the only solution?

I guess my machine (Windows 7) has been infected, so want to scan it from boot.
As I said My time zone is set for Iran. Simply wrote in google "download kaspersky rescue disk" then downloaded from this site (How to record Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 to an USB device and boot my computer from it?) and don't know is it compatible with my region or not.

But your time zone is NOT set to Iran. Look at your CP (Click "User CP" at the top of this Forum. It is set to the US.)
I don't know of anything else to do other than what Kapersky recommend here:
When a computer is booted from Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10, graphic and text mode do not work. What should I do?

Are you not going to edit your timezone then?

I think this change should occur on my PC from down right corner of desktop screen by "change date and time settings" not on my browser. If so, should I first change that time zone and location to "GMT+3.5" and "Iran" and again try to download that .iso file from kaspersky website and ...?
I'm slightly confused about that time zone. Consider this scenario: now my time zone is set to US, in this case I download .iso and try to scan my PC with that. So every thing is compatible (my time zone when download time - that is US time zone and my time zone when creating bootable USB and booting from that, that again my time zone is US time zone). So no conflict should there be, not?

NO No No the time zone referred to is the time zone you have set for this Forum. It has nothing to do with you PC or setup.
Click on the User CP at the top of this Forum. In the navigation on the left click "Settings & Options" In that window click Edt Options, scroll down to Date & Time Options and there you can change your Time Zone. Choose the right one for you and click "Save Changes" at the bottom. Now you will show the correct time zone in your profile on this Forum.

So are you in the right time zone?? as mitchell asked??

Like I said you will have to download the Kaspersky from your local region - that is from within the local suppliers site wherever that happens to be - if you download from the US or the Australian sites you will not get it to work. You may just get lucky from the global site but I would be finding out from a local computer technician in your country where this is.

The global site is Free Kaspersky Antivirus Trial | Kaspersky Lab US < you need to activate it with the code you already have when you get to that part..

Remember what I told you re my brothers machine in the UK??
