Black screen after sleep mode

Hi,
I have next problem:
Reinstall windows on my PC, change from x32 to x64 (Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64). After installing update drivers for my nvidia video card using auto system from its site and drivers for audio, lan, chipset from site of my motherboard. Usually i put my Pc to hybrid sleep mode, not shutdown. After power up from sleep I see black screen and nothing else, Reset - and i have BSOD on loading, Reset - PC boot normaly.
I again go to nvidia site and manualy find driver for my card and update it - some behaviour, but without bsod/ But windows still creat minidumps after this black screen.
I download some drivers pack and update all drivers in system. Two or three days all work good, but after that I again see black screen after sleep mode with same behaviour (without BSOD).

Asus P5QLD Pro
4Gb Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 240

Just thought jabacrack as I am no expert but have you tried taking the card out and tried the board vidoeo outputs? I am just thinking maybe it is just your card is bung?

Now you say you did a reinstall just how did you do that? By that I mean did you just stick in the 64bit OS disk and install? or did you wipe / clean the disk first then install. I am just wondering if bits of the old 32bit OS you had are still hanging around and giving you this grief.?

You need to install the latest drivers for your NVIDIA card.
Follow the method below:

1. Download and install Driver Sweeper:
   → |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download
2. Select option 2 for NVIDIA.
   → Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
3. Boot into Safe Mode from Advanced Boot Options:
   → http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/666-advanced-boot-options.html
4. Type in Driver Fusion in Search
5. Remove all components of your NVIDIA drivers
6. Boot normally now, and install the latest drivers from the
   auto-detect program you downloaded.
   (Requires Java)

Then take a test with FurMark:

Monitor your temps with Speccy during these tests

When i first time install driver for videocard (at empty windows, without any other drivers) i go this way, that you say/ But i try it again

Okay, you can download the drivers manually also if you like - from the manufacturers website but do uninstall first with driver sweeper.
