Black Screen & Mini dump

Hi, I have recently bought an Acer Aspire One 751 netbook and have upgraded it to Windows 7 home premium. Since the upgrade, every so often the screen goes black and i can't do anything with it. CTRL ALT DEL has no effect so am forced to press and hold the power button. I have also had a meesage appear that says 'Minidump' something or other, any idea what is going on with this and how I can stop the back screen crash??
