Black screen on boot up

Hi all,
My laptop screen remains black when it boots up. There is no any message on the screen or any error sound from the laptop however the screen stays black. This problem happened after installing new windows update.
When I boot the laptop up, everything seems to be working properly, CD ROM light is flashing, fan is working but I have no Idea why the screen remains black as if it doesn't receive power.

What I have done so far:

• Bois rest. I thought there might be some errors with bios so I took the small battery out on the motherboard for few mins.
• connecting external Monitor to check if the laptop screen is gone.

System Specs:
Samsung RV511
Windows 7 ultimate 32bit

See if you can boot to Safe Mode and run chkdsk from there:

• Boot to Safe Mode by pressing the F8 key when the computer first starts booting, as soon as you see the manufacturers logo. Continue to press it every second or so until you get the Windows Advanced Options menu.
• Select Safe Mode using the arrow key on your keyboard and press Enter.
• Login as Administrator (no password unless you added one. If so, enter that password).
• Open My Computer.
• Right click on drive: and select Properties (drive: is your boot drive, usually C:)
• Click on the Tools tab then the Check now button.
• Check the Automatically fix File System errors box.

Shutdown and reboot. Chkdsk will start. It can take an hour or more to run depending on the size of your hard drive.

Be patient and let it complete undisturbed.

What happened when you plugged in an External Monitor? You didn't say.

Is there a BIOS splash screen or anything at all on the screen after powering up?

Since you've already had it apart I'd go back and check the monitor's connections as these can come loose. But if there's no signal to an external monitor it seems to narrow it to mobo or GPU chip.

external monitor doesnt receive signal. there is no BIOS splash screen or manufacturer's logo, the remains black.

I think it might be GPU chip but as i said my laptop was working fine before update.

You should see a BIOS screen or Manufacturers logo, no matter what the state of the operating system is as that occurs long before the OS gets involved.
