Black screen on boot.

Hey guys Im new to the forum because I wanted to see if anyone knew about this problem I am having. I recently moved from one house to another and after the move I hooked up my PC and upon booting I get a black screen with a cursor. It actually does boot because I can hear the startup noise but there is a black screen. If anyone knows how to fix this I would really appreciate it as I have found nothing on Google or Youtube.

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode? If successful, try updating the device drivers and give it a try afterwards.

Ive already tried reinstalling the drivers and it doesnt work.

Removing the graphics driver in safe mode might work for you. Just remove it via Device manager.
