Black screen problem after standby

Hi everyone,
I have amilo si2636 & i installed win 7 beta build 7000 but i have this problem black screen after closing the lid of the laptop & re-openning it.
please anyone help.

I had that problem when I was running bleeding-edge nvidia drivers from Laptopvideo2go.com (v. 185.20). When I installed the previous version (v 181.22) the problem of getting the screen to come back on went away.:D
