Solved black screen stuck

im stuck with blue bars at the upper left edge of the screen and i cant get to the login screen !!!!

Do Startup Repair please as requested and see if that fixes the problem. Do it at least 3 times.

last thing i want to do is reinstall windows i even shot myself before losing 600 gb of data

wait repair install dindt do it just like it says i did it this way
inserted dvd before starting the pc then i pressed pc install ther eit says me to get somewhere and then put the dvd

This is the correct procedure...

   Information

Go to BIOS, set CD/DVD as first priority. Then boot into the Win 7 DVD before Windows starts booting. Wait for the installation to load files and then follow on-screen instructions. When installing on partition, select the Windows 7 partition. It will put all of your files into a folder named Windows.old

Works fine with Win 7.
Do you have a backup to restore from? If so, please restore from there.
