Black screen when login

Hello there I'm getting a black screen when I login to my account nothings there not even the start bar or task bar it happened when I installed this theme it has an explorer file sadly I forgot to make a backup also even on safe mode there isn't a task bar and I've tried starting it via task manager but doesn't work please help
