I have windows 7 Home premium 32bit. Just downloaded Adobe Flash CS3 Pro and screen went blank with cursor flashing in upper left. Have run repair disk, but nothing. I did notice that my boot drive letter changed to (X:) ?? It's always been Q since I 've had the machine.

I have original Windows 7 disk and have run all the repairs but nothing.

any other suggestions ?

Thanx, R Fulton

This suggest that its related to your display drivers, go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest version

Flashing cursor means its detecting boot devices such as CD and HDD drives, No point looking into drivers as a bootable drive hasnt been found at this point.

Do you have external hdd or a cd in the drive? Also unplug ANY usb devices and reboot.
