Solved Black Screen with cursor after Starting Windows Display

Today I had to install updates. After they were installed my Computer restarted and after the Starting Windows display there is just a black screen with a cursor.

Is there any way of fixing this, Without Restoring my PC. I have valuable stuff on the hard drive that I cannot lose.

Problem fixed. It was a virus
