Black SOD HDD light working & never gets to safe mode orElevatedDOSCm

Hi everyone!
I’m back with a head scratcher..

Of course I cannot download and use your DM Log collector...
As I can’t get internet—can’t get downloads can’t get past black screen

Been starting up computer with difficulty...
Using. “Last known successful configuration” a lot
But now it does not let me get to safe mode
No elevated command prompt window to try chkdsk
Can’t do the. Posting requirements of sending you a dump of files as i can’t. Get to safe mode or anything that will let me do this

Yes, I contacted Windows help0 itself—-only sent me. Clean install with Windows 10.

Hoped I have enough saved on backup drive—-but still about a month’s worth or everything is lost

Any way to go into shells or. Kernels or whateve it is to line by line replace the start up commands or will i mess things up badly with my bad. Typing. (Periods an. D. Capitals. are artificat of tiny keyboard. Sorry.)

I already tried using the Windows 7 installation disk repair option
It asked for my password for either the computer as whole or. WORKGROUP etc
I have both
Both failed....computer forgot them???
Mystery.... so unable to use tools on the CD
