black stripes on the screen

Hello,

When I watch TV I see black stripes on the screen. Picture attached for illustration.
My TV card is Hauppauge WinTV PVR 150 MCE KIT.
There is a way to solve this problem?

Oh you mean the sides maybe? See if there's an underscan/overscan setting. Or change the resolution to match your monitor and Windows itself.

That's probably how the card works and normal though.
