Blackscreen, Needs A Manual Shutoff

Recently I've been getting blackscreens when I play fairly recent games like TF2. The sound will freeze and repeat, the screen will turn off (as if the computer's not connected/on), and I'll need to manually shut the computer off using the button on the case to get it to respond again. Once it boots back up, no additional errors occur, besides that recurring one. It usually doesn't do an error log, but I let it sit there for a while and I got this when I restarted. My video drivers are completely up to date.

If I had to guess randomly just based on what you've described.
You're running a third party antivirus that doesn't agree with your gaming for some reason.
I've seen it before ... specifically with source engine games.
