Hello everyone. I have a big problem with my desktop PC.
I was using my desktop the other day, I turned it off normally. The next day I tried to turn it on, but it was stuck in boot loop, in which the PC would show the beginning Windows animation and restart, it would appear even in safe mode, safe mode with command prompt and safe mode with network. I made a recovery disc USB, and ran Startup Repair. It ran for 3 hours, and I had to turn it off. I turned it on after, and got black screen of death with a movable cursor. Now the BSOD appears in Safe Mode as well. Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn't work, and neither do any other keys. I ran Repair Disc USB yet again, I ran chkdsc, bootrec/fixboot, bootrec /fixmbr. Chkdsc didn't show any bad sectors but it showed Error 50 at the end, both /fixboot and /fixmbr were successful. I tried running sfc /scannow but I got a message that there is a repair pending and I have to restart the PC. I did as I was told, but the message still showed. One thing I noticed is that my OS was installed on Disc C, and all my personal files were stored on Disc D. In the recovery disc menu however, Disk C is empty, Disk D has the OS, and Disk E has all my personal files.

Welcome to the Forum

I would say that it is a drive issue.
Boot from the Windows installation disk/USB stick.
Wait for the "Windows Setup" screen:
Press Shift + F10 keys together on the keyboard. This will open the command prompt window
On the CMD window type:

diskpart
list volume (Take note of the windows drive letter. It may not be C:)
exit
chkdsk X: /f (replace X with the windows drive letter)

Pay attention on the results, specially bad blocks, bad clusters, bad sectors etc
