Blank buttons, dialog boxes and menus on different softwares

Hi Guys, sorry if my english it's a bit broken, best regards from Brazil!

So, this problem has been plaguing me for a few months now. I lived with it because I could not find a solution in any forum or website. Yesterday I completely formated the PC and reinstaled Windows 7. For my surprise, the problem came back already, I could not belived it. So, what happens it's this:

This does not happens with programs like Microsoft Office or Adobe. Usually only with smaller things, like a game Launcher, smaller installers, etc. Like in the 2nd image, it's a ROM editor for messing with old game boy games.
Those blank spaces should have buttons, however they get like this when I put the mouse cursor over.
They still work, but I can't see what I'm doing.

Any ideas? Thanks!

The name in the screenshot - S0ft4PC - is a warez outfit.

Cracked software has often been corrupted/damaged when the hacker attempted to bypass serial, registration etc. This might explain the program GUI malfunction. Also such software might come with undesirable 'extras' eg trojan, keylogger etc. The biggest danger is usually the 'crack' or keygen - which is invariably an exe file. Running an executable file from a known hack site is extremely risky.

No such thing as a free lunch, as they say . . .
