Blank icons on desktop ...

Hello

Can you please help me with this problem, for some reason all the programes on my desktop icons are blank, this has caused me not being able to open the documents on my compute. Can you plz sugest anything that could get my programes up and running and get the icons back.

You may also want to scan for malware/virus infection.
It's the most common cause of that kind of problem.

Suggestion :
Assuming your taskbar is still working.....

Right click at Taskbar > Task Manager > Processes tab > right click explorer.exe > End process > Applications tab > New Task... > in the Open box, type explorer.exe > OK

Hope this will bring your desktop icons back to normal.
