Blank screen need help

Hello family

I have a HP Compaq 8300 Elite touch screen. It has win 7 enterprise 64.
Whist installing updates there was a power cut
Now when I turn on there is no display on the screen.

It's a B2N29AV

Any ideas??

Is there power to the mobo, fans, keyboard lights? If so reboot and tap the F8 key to access System Recovery Options to run Startup Repair. If that fails try System Restore to before the Updates. If F8 doesn't work use the WIn7 disk or System Repair Disk .

If this fails reboot and tap ESC key to run Diagnostics, report back.

If nothing can be seen on the screen, try unplugging and drain the power by holding the power button, then plug it back in and try again.

Try an external monitor.

Update

I have unlpugged power cable
Tried hard shut down
Nothing can be seen on the touch screen
No external socket
