Where is the Blocked Senders folder located? I want to copy the list for use in a Message Rule so I can have mail from those addresses deleted at server instead of directed to my computer's Junk folder.

Depending on what client you're using, there might not be a "blocked senders folder". Exchange blocked senders 'LISTS' can be found on the Spam page or server itself (all companies use spam filters like postini).
If it's a Gmail account or similiar, nothing is "blocked" by default, it's put into a junk folder unless you have created a filter manually.
There should be a section called "Safety Options" (separate from all the other "options"). On the safety options dialog there should be a tab called "blocked senders".
