Blocked software?

When installing Opera browser, I was asked, weather I wanted or not to block software by this publisher. It seems I've selected somehow blocking option and installation was cancelled. I'm trying to install Opera, but once I've blocked this software (I mean, software by the publisher's name) I get system alert, that no Opera installation is allowed, as "publisher has been blocked from running on my machine".

Still can't find where to unblock....

When i installed Opera i was never asked about blocking anything :confused:
Anyway, have you tried looking at the properties of the opera download, maybe you can unblock it there??

Or was it Windows Firewall that asked to block it?
