Blocking spammer's domain on Outlook

I got a notice from Norton about blocking spam emails: "Block the sender's domain. Blocking individual addresses is often ineffective because spammers only use them once."

I am using Outlook 2010. How do I block a spammer's domain? Many of the emails I get have an ru attached to the address, evidently meaning Russia. All the specific addresses are different though.
