Blocky/Jagged/Pixelized text in various programs.

Good evening, sevenforums.

A rather frustrating, but interesting problem I just ran into today - text is not displaying correctly in most programs. This problem stretches from installing new programs to notification messages from already existing programs. I've tried playing around with font settings, Cleartype, and even going as far as reinstalling W7's default fonts. I've finally hit my stump, I think I'll go sit down on it now ...

I really don't know about such things but I do have a question. What programs or updates have you install lately.
You could also try a restore point before all this happened.

Well most recently I tried installing various language packs from here:
http://www.rtwincustomize.net/index.php?option=com_content&id=1360

However they seemed like silent installs (and the language packs itself still didnt display characters correctly, still showing up as boxes - but that's a whole different problem).


And I have sysrestore disabled by default.

If it was my computer I would remove the language packs.
System Restore is quite handy for times like this.
