Hi Guys
Does anyone have any experience with digital copies and windows media player. I currently have around 40 digital movie copies on an external hdd all activated through windows media player.
Now I know the activation codes can only be used once on one device and from previous experience if I re-install windows the copies will no longer work. So my question is where is the activation data kept. I presume its in the media player files somewhere. Is it possible to copy these out and replace them on a clean install, or will I loose the lot.
