After 30min or more of gaming (Bioshock2), PC crashes and blu screen shows-up:

after resetting the PC, on boot-up:
CMOS settings not OK
Started Windows normaly and everything works just fine until next gaming.
I play while dual monitor is on. One shows the game, the other the win desktop.
Maybe graphic-card works too much?
