Hi lostprophetsam and welcome to SF
The bugcheck point to the nwifi.sys, which is the Microsoft native wifi miniport driver. I guess this is a driver issue.
And yes, you have some out-of date drivers that need to be updated:
Here are they:
ASACPI.sys , which is Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker). Also a part of the Asus PCProbe and AISuite Utilities, please update.
Please see this excellent post if need further help updating that ASACPI.sys
http://www.sevenforums.com/787431-post2.html

Code:
ASACPI ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 09:30:36 [COLOR=red]2005[/COLOR] (42476C4C)
Also, your crash can be caused by athrxu6.sys, which is geriatric Atheros WiFi NIC driver, if you update to more current one, like 2009, I guess the bsod should go away
Code:
athrxu6 athrxu6.sys Thu Jul 05 09:58:34 [COLOR=red]2007[/COLOR] (468C5E5A)

Here is the bugcheck:
Code:
BugCheck 1E, {0, 0, 0, 0}
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athrxu6.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for athrxu6.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for athrxu6.sys
Probably caused by : nwifi.sys ( nwifi!Pt6RepackRecvNBL+103 )

Have you update the Atheros WiFi NIC driver as I meantioned. I still see the 2007 version in the loaded driver list. Please update it and see what is going on

here is the bugcheck:
Code:

Do you know the wifi-card you are using, if you know, I guess you can find the driver for it here:
http://www.atheros.cz/
Edit: just noticed that most driver here are for vista, I guess you have to go property-->choose compatibility with vista

it's time consuming thing to do,
Hope it's help

Can you please enable driver verifier
Here is the instruction:
here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

Right it was crashing when rivatuner booted up on start up. I have uninstalled. But i will try reinstall. How complicated is it reading the dump files? i'm always eager to learn. I'm knowledgeable in the way of components, hardware. But theres many big gaps in my understanding. I find it all very interesting and get a nice sense of achievement lol. Call me sad if you like :P I don't mind.

Thanks again for all your help :)

The bugcheck that you see was the outcome from a program called WinDbg. You can download and read instruction about it from Microsoft website.

This minidump point to the InterVideo regi.sys driver. Please download and install fresh copy of it, it's quite out of date

Hi,

This one is different from your previous BSODs

I find the mention of Pnp (the plug and play system) interesting.

What USB devices did you have plugged in at the time of your that Blue Screen?

Code:
[font=lucida console]
athrxu6.sys Thu Jul 05 14:58:34 [B][COLOR=Red]2007[/COLOR][/B]

The above Networking driver needs to be updated - update from your computer manufacturers website.

Regards,
Reventon

Very strange - as it is definitely present. Update all networking drivers you have from your manufacturers site anwyay.

Couldn't see a lot of information from your last dump fil. After updating the driver, how is your system doing?
If problem is still pursuing u, I would suggest to turn on Driver Verifier.
Follow the instruction below:
Driver Verifier Settings

Beside that, I saw that you are using AVG right?
Just as an experiment for trouble shooting, uninstall AVG [FONT=&quot]> [/FONT]Info > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit) and AVG Identity protection (if you have it installed)> Info > Tool. AVG is known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. You can always reinstall it if it is not the problem. If the BSOD's go away after you uninstall AVG, then you found the problem.
