While trying to install updates two nights ago, the system stopped working. I tried to reboot into safe mode, it rebooted fine. I have had problems shutting down since then. This ultimately leads to a Blue Screen.
I'm running x64. The system had Vista installed initially. I purchased the upgrade through Microsoft's website
The system is 2 years old. OS is about a year and a half old.

The RTSTOR64.SYS appears to be the cause. It is a driver for a Realtek USB card reader.
Please update it http://218.210.127.131/downloads/
