blue screen bios message

I am trying to repair a emachine first was getting missing or corrupt devise & windows not load at all said use disc. I found recovery program on line and made disc. It helped some,but now goes to blue screen and says to disable bios memory. i am the definition of computers for dummies: but i try. here are pics of comp info and blue screen info. I have wifi on my comp but no hard connect so unable to connect the emachine to internet for repair help. can anyone advise. cant locate bios memory
