blue screen error 0x0000008E

so randomly my computer goes into a black screen as if its about to restart then it goes into a blue screen that starts off by saying:

"a problem has been detected and windows has been has been shut down to prevent to your computer"

then at the bottom it says:

"collecting data for crash dump
initializing disk for crash dump
beginning disk for physical memory
dumping physical memory to disk"

please help me!!!
