Blue Screen error comes all the time

Hello, lately i m getting blue screen errors in windows 7 lots of the time. This starts after a period of time and when it starts to give blue screen errors it repeats 3-4 mins after i reset the pc all the time. Something about heating or i dunno? I be happy if u help plz thank you.

I realized this happens after i open a game and continues to do give BSOD after every restart at early random times even i dont play a game anymore. I be happy if someone helps on this.
