Blue Screen Error error

I am currently running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. I am no computer geek and I do not understand computer jargons quite well. I have heard a lot about this forum and for sure know that this is the right place for my Windows 7 BSOD issue. I would really appreciate if someone is willing to help me get rid of this issue. Please find attached the minidump as advised.
