Blue screen Error with bug codes 0x0000009c

I am using toshiba Satellite L640 .its been 1 yrs since i bot my laptop. Its loaded with windows7 64 bit OS. Its showing blue screen at timeswith error code 0x0000009c . cant define when it happens. Gave for servicing they replaced the Mother board,checked for errors in Hard disk,Memory, changed OS, still the error exist can you please help me in finding the actual issue.I Have attached the crash report .Please help me in sorting out the issue
