If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Well thx again : ). i will post the results of the memory test.

It's highly unlikely that the HdAudio.sys is the cause of your problem as it is a Windows system file. It was just in the firing line, so to speak, when the BSOD happened.

I just spotted sptd.sys in your dump file.

The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's used by Daemon Tools which will also have to be uninstalled.
Then use the correct uninstaller in Safe Mode for your set up to remove sptd.sys:

Duplex Secure Downloads 32bit
Duplex Secure Downloads 64bit

Make sure to select uninstall!

yes i was using daemon tools before i formatted my hdd. but i haven't face with BSOD till i plug my friends USB disk. BSOD started after i pluged this USB device. so i can't fix the problem cause this computer gives this error frequently. so i formatted and reinstall windows 7. and i downloaded a daemon tools version and tried to install it but windows gave an error so i didn't install it. and finally when i plug my hdd (which does not include any type of viruses) i have a blue screen error again. consequently, i am using magic iso as this forums advice : ). but i will try this duplex secure . maybe it will solve the problem. and i know my english is awfull sorry for that : )

and i want ask another question about this memory test. on the middle of the screen there is only a few writings which are.

"12K e820 off"

is this normal_? because it doesn't like the same caps which you give the memory test link

Could you possibly take a picture of your screen? I must admit I'm not 100% up to speed with the workings of Memtest86+ myself. But I dont recall seeing a message as you mention before.

Maybe start a new thread, with a link back to this one, with details of the Memtest86+ "message" and someone who is more knowledgeable than I in this matter will respond.

P.S. Your English, my friend, is fine. :)

Well, I've never seen that before!! It's as if you've got no Ram installed!
I think my suggestion of a new thread, entitled something like: "Help with Memtest86+ Error" would get you a far quicker response than someone stumbling across this thread.

pfff. i am gonna be very crazy soon. i bought this desktop last week. and now i am dealing with this stupid issue. anyway, thanks friend for your help : ). i hope i can fit this problem.

I've started a thread in the Software Forum regarding your Memtest86+ problem.

If, as you say, you have only just bought this desktop, I would prepare all your personal files in anticipation of exchanging the unit for a new one, if indeed it is a hardware issue.

in this picture this test defines the processor, ram etc. but at my test it can't define the memory.

"Settings: RAM : 0 Mhz (DDR3- 0)" it shows

and the right bottom there is an empty rectangular. but in the picture it shows the pass and test percantages.

Is your BIOS correctly detecting your RAM, are you overclocking the RAM?

no i haven't overclocked a hardware before.
