Blue screen error

Hello Friends
I am using Toshiba L510 since 2009. recently i tried to change my OS, but after that i am getting blue screen error with different message sometime it shows uncorrectable hardware error and driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. i have tried different ways to solve this problem like updating driver, install new os, changing ram etc even i went to technician shop, he also not able to solve that problem. these days i can't boot my laptop every time i try to boot after some time it automatically restart by itself and it continues again and again. does anyone give me suggestions how to solve this problem what i have to do. Thanks in advance. the error id i got that is 1033.

i am not able to boot my laptop, so how can i install your recommend software? please try to help me to overcome this horrible situation.
