blue screen for no apperent reason

i was on Firefox watching YouTube and i plugged in my iPod touch to charge and play music (not sure if it was a bad timing or something or if it was because of my iPod) and then my PC got a blue screen with all this information on it and then it restarted and i got this vv, its happen once or twice before. i do play intensive PC games like mw2, minecraft etc. i edit and render videos in adobe after effects and Sony Vegas pro 10. tho i don't have much ram for some of those things seeing as i am windows 32bit my PC specs will be at bottom of post.

im not sure what is causing this but some advice and help would be nice.

my pc is a custom build pc which i got in may 2011

cpu - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
motherboard - ASUS P8P67 REV3.0 Intel P67 Chipset DDR3 2200Mhz
ram - 4 gigs of ddr3 2200mhz i think (somewhere close to that i think 2133mhz or something i htink its ripjaw brand or something
Graphics card - ATI radeon HD 5800 series 5870 i think.

any information could help me
