Hello there. According to Corrona's Driver Reference,athrxusb.sys is : Atheros Wireless LAN USB device driver.
So BSOD is caused by your Atheros Driver.I'suggest updating that driver,but first you can also post the dump files,following this tutorial,so anyone from the bsod tem can help you.

Do you have some type of wireless adapter plugged into a USB port? The driver athrxusb.sys (cause of your BSOD) is used by many adapters. Check to see if the driver you have installed is released through Microsoft or through the maker of your hardware. Also, report the date and version of the driver.
Having more info about your system will help folks here help you faster.

The Atheros driver is provided by Qualcomm but it would be good to know the adapter make and model. Also, give as much info about your system as you can.
