I've attached the permon report and also a report from CPU-Z.

This isn't the computer in my system specs. It's a different one.

Several Problems

1-ASACPI.SYS a major cause of BSOD's in the 2005 rev.

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUS teK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE

Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

2-Onyx-iAudio64.sys

no information available but strongly suspect a BHO (malware). No references in google and mfr dbase. Please download and run Malwarebytes.

3- Avast. Also a known problem on some systems (and if the above is malware--should have been caught). I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security essentials.

Ok, updated the driver and uninstalled Avast and there is no change.

the Onyx-iAudio64.sys is for the Mackie Onyx 1640i firewire mixer that we use to record.

It still bluescreens within about 1 or 2 minutes if you start to play back audio in Cubase.

Onyx-iaudio64.sys driver was blamed in ALL of the crashes so it is pretty specific. You should contact the mfr for possible updates or patches.
